The aim of restaurant keeper training:
To make it possible to obtain the competences necessary to fill up the job of a restaurant keeper. The restaurant keeper must be able to direct the supplying, production, sales and storing activities in the catering unit; managing marketing tasks, cultivating relations with the guests; providing the proper quantity and quality of goods. To ensure the personal and objective conditions, organize the administration order, keep the regulations of fire and labour safety and the hygenic rules (HACCP). They learn how to start and operate an own enterprise. We offer our catering course to those who would like to start an independent enterprise, as the precondition of starting a catering enterprise is obtaining a catering qualification. We offer our course to those ones, too, who would like to work in catering industry and to those who already work in the trade but are searching for the possibilities of professional development.
